The project is organized around an inner courtyard, whose plant mass filters light and creates an atmosphere of undergrowth, relayed by the planting of a few small trees with graphic bearing and contrasting foliage. Japanese maples, azaleas and ferns respond to this desire to create a canopy that enlivens the emptiness of the courtyard. The design, the nature and the implementation of the façade components outline its order and define its contemporary image. The northern orientation of the main façade on the Avenue de la République guided the choice of the colour yellow, chosen for its luminosity, in a logic of reverberation of light. The homes are both compact and spacious, all of them crossing or bi-oriented beyond the T2. Thus, the organisation of the family housing constitutes a new offer in terms of quality and comfort of life that responds to contemporary aspirations.
