Adjacent to Lexoes, the large industrial port of Porto, the project takes place on the former industrial site of Novafacar in Leca de Palmeira. Implanted close to the Atlantic coast, the project is part of an open landscape in dialogue with the wider landscape, on an almost geographical scale. The programming of 3 IGH towers calls for an important reflection on wind management. In addition, a study on the prefabrication of facade elements has been carried out in order to address the unique issue of the durability of the facades in a context of salty air.
