CoBe Porto is participating in the earth construction of a school, with Architects without Borders and the Lisbon Technological Institute.
CoBe experimented with traditional construction techniques, the building was made in Adobe bricks, the roof structure in wood, bamboo joinery and foundations, a mixture of earth and lime.
Kantora Arts village is a project managed by the international organisation NKA Foundation, whose objective is to create an informal school for unemployed young people in Kassi Kunda, focusing on arts, sustainable construction and local techniques.
