The project includes two distinct programs, a multi-accommodation structure consisting of two crèches with 40 cribs each and a student residence with 118 units. The complex proposes a clear architectural figure respecting the site and articulates 3 sequences of public spaces : the Gare de Sceaux forecourt, the western portion of rue Albert 1er and the Sentier de Paris footbridge.
