At the heart of the project, the creation of an urban park of nearly 2ha will contribute to the influence of this new district. The project will be based on 4 key areas: Creating a connected and peaceful neighbourhood - Magnifying nature in the city - Encouraging urban courtesy - Designing quality housing.
