AMI Finalist CoBe Draw me Toulouse Château de Paléficat
The site of the Château de Paléficat is located in one of the last agricultural areas of the Toulouse area. The CoBe agency is laying the foundation stone for a future major urban development project based on 3 themes: Cultivate - Cook - Learn. The project, which respects the existing nature, organises housing and facilities around a large recreational and cultivated park.
The castle, a radiant and metropolitan element, will host an eco-responsible culinary institute.
