The project has 74 new accommodations for home buying. It consists of two constructions developing along the plot. To the east, the 2 buildings meet at the plot boundary to form interior gardens.
The construction is set up along the rue des Noyers, so that it can be aligned with the existing buildings. As the plot grows in length, a passage under a glazed porch allows to reach a private road. The alleyway echoes the history of the place, with its rectangular cobblestones and abundant vegetation it offers the inhabitants a transition between the urban space of the rue des Noyers and the entrance to their homes. This transitional space will also facilitate meetings in a conducive, pleasant setting. In order to preserve the intimacy of the ground floor dwellings, green buffer spaces separate the alleyway from the private terraces of the dwellings. The vast majority of the dwellings have living rooms opening onto balconies or terraces facing west, on the alleyway. These private areas are protected from the opposite side of the street on the ground floor by green spaces. Upstairs, on the alleyway, the balconies are lined with perforated sheet metal railings that filter the views, as well as vertical perforated sheet metal panels.
