Our Group took the decision to carry out a global reflection, bringing together all the architects involved in the design of the ZAC Business Park.

Lot A3/A4 of 285 housing units designed by the CoBe agency focuses on quality of life in the housing units with generous private outdoor spaces.
Its predominant location in the district makes it a welcome and landmark point from the station and the entrance to the town of Asnières.
